Over a week ago, I tried to log into LinkedIn and it gave me a captcha like test and then required I submit a photo ID. It’s been over a week since I submitted. I got an email about a support ticket being created, but silence since. Anyone have any insights on how to get this fixed? Appreciate any help!

Nah, I didn’t spam. I don’t post anything on LinkedIn really. Maybe a leaked password that someone else used to get access to account that got it flagged?
The verification had a mannequin hand and a triceratops. I wish the best of luck for people who are trying to make captcha beating systems in the future.
It took me few minutes for LinkedIn Account Verification to complete. Not sure why you got any email. May be try doing verification again in through the App.
