LinkedIn Bizops group offer

All How much equity in TC we can expect for a manager role in Bizops group in LinkedIn. It looks euity portion of TC in Bizops group is lower than thst of the one in Engops group. When the recruiter contacted me for manager related position, he kinda gave the TC range as 160k base plus some equity and 15% bonus. The question is how much equity we can expect, may be 200k ? Please shed some light . Any current LinkedIn employees who are part of LinkedIn Bizoos group. please share some details.🙏
