How is the recent departure perceived internally by people at LinkedIn? Are you considering planning to move with a fear of culture and perks been changed by Microsoft?
Wait and see for me. But no current plans to bolt.
I'm sorry to see her go (she was well liked and respected) but I don't think it will meaningfully impact our culture or our benefits. Microsoft has largely lived up to their promise and let us be independent so far. If anything, there's a lot of stuff that we want to leverage from Microsoft.
I am curious as to what Pat's specific initiatives were. Or what Christina's pet projects are.

The perks and benefits were part of the company before Pat. It is the company Jeff has built. As long as he is there I expect it to remain similar.
