Seeing on levels.fyi LinkedIn new grad (undergrad) base salary is as much as 160k and 250k/4 years in stocks. Wanted to confirm if this is perhaps an error or Linkedin really paying that much for new grads? Going to be interning there this fall so just wanted to see the ball park for new grads. Damn bro, applying rn
Nvm, all of their posted jobs are seniors rn
Just FYI, intern > new grad conversions are fixed, no negotiation allowed. (bs imo) For lastyear for intern conversions, it was around 200-210 for undergrad and 215-225 for masters. Rates higher than this are from New grad applicants who negotiated.
the one I mentioned says it’s a return intern so maybe with inflation they upped the total comp package?
@linkedin Think this is Year 1 TC which includes Joining bonus right?
That's a really good offer from a good company. Don't hesitate.
Pretty sure that's a negotiated new grad offer. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.
