LinkedIn Phone Interview

What level of LC questions or system design questions would be asked in a LinkedIn Phone interview (60 minutes) for SSE - Tools? Any specific material/s I should use or focus on? If I do the coding interview in Python, would that be considered as a disadvantage @ LinkedIn? Should I do it in C# or Javascript instead? Also, my recruiter is asking me to state preferred locations (NYC, Sunnyvale, SF). Any suggestions? YOE: 19 Current TC: 210 (NYC)
