Received a mail from recruiter to set up a call to discuss the interview (phone screen) feedback. Is this positive or negative?
Ya that's how I read it. Thought if someone had any similar experiences
I got both positive and negative feedback over the phone from them.

1st call was good, 2nd was... Mediocre. Got an on-site anyway after working with the recruiter for a slightly different position. On-site was very close, but, didn't make it. Get calls from them every 6 months now asking to start the process again ๐

My guess is that it's good. It was just a phone screen, it'd be easier to send a simple rejection
That would be my first guess. But then the more I think about it more I feel it can go either ways
You're not alone. after the interviews i never knew how it went. But I'm happy to say I'm changing jobs soon. It'll happen, at LinkedIn or elsewhere. Just hang in there!
My FANG recruiter included happy smiley at the end, simple way to tell you in advance ๐
Unfortunately I don't have any such cues ๐ช
This is positive. In case of negative outcome, recruiters either ghost or send a scripted rejection email.
Typically the LinkedIn process is email for rejection of phone interview. Phone call for onsite rejection.
