How do you set up your LinkedIn profile when you’re currently employed yet trying to shift your career to something completely new and don’t want your employer to know?? Think shifting from accounting to graphic design. It’s obvious when the new updates on your LinkedIn profile clearly don’t match what you’re currently doing. Do you block your employer? Change it and hope for the best? Help!
You should be updating your LinkedIn always. You can change the setting so it doesn’t send out alerts to people in your network. If your employer is that insecure about keeping people, you should really move :)
