refreshers vest quarterly over 4 years. Bonus is almost always a little more than your target percentage. People staying because of strong MSFT appreciation and good WLB.
LinkedIn don't have fix refresher, we have something called TAC, which has a range for each level. If you have low TC in your level compare with all the engs in the same level, you will get some refresher when you perform well. If you have high TC in your level, you barely have any increase if you just meet expectation.
Linkedin and MSFT is known for having a bad refreshers
For ratings >= 4 you get refresher as per level and your org’s budget + influence. If promoted better refresher If cliffing and did not mess up with work/manager then big refresher If rating <= 3, not promoted == no refresher
This is not an algorithm. Read the definition of what is an algo… probably that would help you to get out of ebay.
Is the big refresher around cliff big enough? Like more than 150k?
