For those who work at LinkedIn, what’s the typical annual salary increase you have seen? Also, does everyone get 10% bonus or could it be more?
It can be anything between 3-12% depending on performance and whether you are unpaid/promoted.
Yeah it depends on performance. Getting biannual raises is more common nowadays too, so the total gets closer to 6-10% annually.

I don't think anything is typical. If you're not underpaid or up for a promo, then you can probably expect 3-5%. Everyone gets 10% at least for bonus, but it can be higher. It can be up to 15% I believe.
