hello, i recently received an offer for Senior Software Engineer at LinkedIn. i think my offer was a lowball, i came here to ask how much more they’re willing to go up by, provided i have competing offers. base: 165 bonus: 10% equity: 290/4 years signon: 40 i have 3 YOE - on levels.fyi it says median is 300k but not sure if thats for people with many more YOE. thoughts? competing offer is from fb e4. recruiter gave me the impression that they really want me, so assuming thats the case, how much more do you think they could give?
How was the LinkedIn interview compared to fb? Leetcode medium?
Only one algo/ds round, those were leetcode med. rest were system design/deep dive interviews

Huh? Levels.fyi says 300k TC per year. If you do the math for me it’s like 260/year. My equity is over 4 years, if that part is not clear?

Wtf..LinkedIn levels are f**ing inflated. With 3 yoe they're giving you senior!! And my stupid teammate believe that staff at LinkedIn is Staff at google.
