Phone interview for staff engineer at LinkedIn. Should I expect any systems design (since it's staff level) or phone interviews are always algorithms only?

Not really but it's been a while since my last post. What did I miss? Forgot to write LinkedIn at subject, just fixed. What else? TC or GTFO? π
ask for the details? if it is one interview it should be coding only but the interviewer can ask additional questions.
Just ask the Recruiters. They will explain the whole process
2 hrs phone screen with multi-part coding that takes almost 1hr, and another behavior/experience discussion with at least 2 people
How was your phone interview op?
Technical interview had a popular LC-medium problem as warm-up and then the main question was about OOP and a simple data structure. I thought I did pretty well but feedback was that they expected more on both technical and behavior/leadership interview.
