Just got upleveled after my on-site to senior. TC: - 170k base - 10% bonus every year - 275K vest over 4 years - 35K signon -> 60K after negotiation This may seem like a greedy question to ask since I’ve been upleveled but is there any possibility of negotiating this offer in any way or do people that get upleveled usually receive the bottom portion of the next levels band. 1.3 YOE btw

I have a slightly better offer for 15+ YOE. That's one helluva offer for 1.3 yrs
Do note that Senior at LinkedIn is their 2nd level, which is the expected level you're expected to perform with 1-2 Y.O.E great offer though!
It is our second level, but you’re not expected to get there with 1-2 YOE lol. It *might* be possible in some very special cases, with rockstar engineers, but I would guess that most seniors have ~5-10 YOE.

170k at Sr is quite high. No point negotiating. This is quite good
