Need urgent help from anyone who has been through this or knows that to do. There is no dedicated support line for this. I recently got laid off and was in the market for a new role. I purchased LinkedIn premium a few days ago and now I cannot access LinkedIn at all. I tried to appeal but just received an email from LinkedIn safety and trust team saying my account doesn’t comply. I’m disgusted by this. The only time I actually need to use LinkedIn for applying to jobs I don’t have access AFTER paying for premium. I’ve had this account for close to 7 years with many meaningful connections, all just locked away. I was in conversation with multiple recruiters for potential interviews now without any access to even contact them. If you have any authority or know how about how to maneuver this can you please help?
What did they say was the reason for restriction? Sometimes they just want proof of identity and uploading an ID generally resolves that.
Hey! I actually did upload my California license this morning when I found out via ‘persona’ (their authentication service) not sure why this happened. They did not write any detail in the email just that . Account has been restricted due to professional community policies.
Ok once you upload they will send you an email to acknowledge that and there should be a support case Id. They will likely restore that in a day or two.
What do you expect from big tech? They only care about users when they’re a number in an earnings report.
