I set my status to 'open to work' but set visibility to 'only recruiters'. Then I got a notification that someone viewed my profile and turns out it was Factset (current employer). Since then I feel the higher ups are acting a little weird. My lead who assigns me task is assigning task to my juniors- task that I usually take up. I know LinkedIn somehow prevents current employer from seeing but there is no guarantee. If my current company saw, should I be worried at all? #linkedin Edit: If you are not just voting for fun (which is fine), dropping a comment why you think so would be highly appreciated.

Which Big Tech currently has the Best morale?
Given all the attrition that's been happening at the company recently, it's my opinion that even if they know you're looking, they can't afford to just lose another engineer overnight so I think you're fine. I bet you're not the only engineer the higher-ups have seen be 'open to work' on LinkedIn.
Thanks
