I find LinkedIn is just a cesspool of influencers now. It's pretty pricey for what they offer to a job seeker. Can't wait for a competitor. Just seems like their product teams are betting big on content creation, sharing - AI generated and creators themselves but just very misplaced - training courses and asking folks to write answers for useless things like these #linkedin
I got it too. And they bribed me by giving some useless badge if i complete it.
Completely agree with you OP. they should stick to their core competencies instead of all these unnecessary features
Lol. Curious, what does LinkedIn do that they need the amount of employees they need rn?
Wtf is Rivian
LinkedIn is definitely becoming an "influencer" cess pool in the feeds. People there want to be visible to compensate for their shortcomings. The most competent people I've ever worked with don't post there. There will not be a successful LinkedIn competitor this generation. The shitty influencers will get there first, and anyone that cares about professional networking will look at it and run. There is too much inertia for people to leave.
Good lord lol
