Hi, Could someone from LinkedIn walk us through the decision making process and how long it takes for them to let you know of the decision? Is it based on some scores? Or interviewers only say hire/no-hire? Is there a calibration between many candidates or they will consider each candidate individually? How long does it usually take for the hiring committee to give the results to the recruiter? TC: 450k #swe #engineering
score 1-4, strong no hire/no hire/hire/strong hire. Panel meet and discuss candidates separately, but HM might has his/her own comparison. Recruiter setup panel meeting after onsite. Now post your TC and refer me to Snap π
Thank you, updated the TC. I will refer you, let me first get my LinkedIn results first though π want to stay anonymous until then.
One last question, How long does it usually take for the recruiter to get back to the candidate with the final decision?

I am starting to think Chinese interviewers currently fail non-Chinese candidates on purpose.
Whats your question?

Scores+feedback+yes/no hire Depends on if youre tied to a role or not, usually individual unless otherwise noted Once a week usually, could take longer But this is a standard practice at most other peer companies as well
