A recruiter from LI contacted me and I decided to give it a try. She said my first phone screen will include 2 hours of coding and leadership. I don't have any problems with coding, but not sure what to do about the leadership interview preparation. Please help.

Yeah try sr staff, you should at least land at the upper band of staff.

Agree, partly. They tried to downlevel me but after I declined adjusted to the right level. And this was coming from Msft. I shudder to think what happens to folks from smaller companies.
More to test your leadership qualities and your understanding of things that aren't just coding.
Not knowing how to work well with others, including those who have a lower level than you is a huge red flag. We actually had to let new hires go who may be strong technically but made others feel uncomfortable to work with
