LinkedIn onsite interview
I had an onsite interview with LinkedIn 2 weeks ago(December 18th). I still haven’t heard anything from the recruiter yet. I reached out to my recruiter, but I didn’t get any response. Do I still have a chance(how soon do they send the rejection email after onsite)? Or is it delayed because of Christmas holidays?
Were shut down the week between Christmas and new years not to mention vacations. They’re not ghosting you, just be patient
Are those deducted from PTOs?
In US, we don’t earn time off. It’s discretionary.

This feels normal. I've been in their shoes and while the job may be a major life changing event for you, for the company, this is most people's second priority. There recruiter is probably trying to gather feedback, arrange a discussion, and coordinate a response all with various people in and out of the office during the holidays. I would expect a response by the 2nd week of January at the earliest. And that assumes LinkedIn is fast with getting back to candidates. It takes Google 4-6 weeks to respond (without any holiday excuse). Good luck and just be patient.

linkedin just had a mass layoff. didn’t know theyre hiring again
I had a final onsite a week prior to you and they got me an offer before their shutdown, but just barely, so you probably need to still wait.
