Changes you have made to your LinkedIn profile to make it more attractive to recruiters? What strategies have worked well?
I added Amazon to my experience, made no difference lmao
I'm honestly surprised. I would've figured you'll be the equivalent of a golden goose for recruiters with Amazon on your resume
We all know Raytheon is the real golden goose
Skill sets, worked for me
By describing your experience or using the skills feature of LinkedIn?
nice dp lol
I changed a lot of things but the recruiters don’t change. Still reach out for a few irrelevant jobs. Lol
Removed my profile picture and got 100x more reach outs. I guess I am truly ugly
You are really funny
Nah you might just be Black with a nonunique name. Fellow Black people have shared this outcome with me as well.
Fill your profile with keywords that recruiters want to see.. they’re dumb anyways. But the key is to entice them to talk to you then it’s up to you to smooth talk your way into a job
Agree here that key words really matter for recruiters to reach out
Agreed, keywords matter. Have you found a well written summary section to be helpful?
Nice strategies
Fill in whatever info you have in detail to let the recruiters know more about you
I’ve heard that there’s an option to turn on that your available to jobs and then recruiters are more likely to reach out
I've heard of this also but there's concern that you are not 100% guaranteed (I think linkedin commented about this or put a disclaimer somewhere) that your current firm's HR/hiring managers won't see that.
Yeah you can turn that on from your profile settings.
Upgraded to premium. Adds a weight to your profile.
Lol?
