That’s just Staff engineer. Not that high on the totem pole to be called leadership.
Nothing should be off the table. I’d go for higher equity first.
Define leadership role (level and title), even L5 and L6 managers at Amazon are Head of engineering these days
It would be in the area of L6. I don’t know officially due to it being a verbal offer right now
