Are there any jobs at LinkedIn that require you to have any type of Security Clearance? And anyone at LinkedIn, how is the training there as far as getting trained up for your role? #linkedin #clearancejobs #securityclearance #exitops #tech
Nope
Off topic but can any BAH employee use the BAH Hilton rate? It looks like it’s pegged at max government per diem for each city which would be an awesome deal
There’s always USAjobs, if you’re interested in defense contractors or govt.
Usa jobs is for direct federal jobs only not contracting btw
In terms of tech companies, there’s us and the three cloud providers. After that you start to get into much smaller companies or departments within companies. Of those Anduril is probably the biggest.
Yes this is accurate. Smaller companies as subcontractors often times pay better than the primes as they have less overhead
Clearancejobs.com is the place to post your resume if you are cleared. The large tech companies including Microsoft, Google and Amazon all have groups that cater to the government.
I don't know any cleared roles at LinkedIn, but if you're trying to get into tech, leverage your clearance (assuming it's a TS) and get into AMZN or MSFT. They're always look for cleared people.
That would be Microsoft proper. Dump your clearance though, it’s not worth it in the long run
Thanks for responding! And makes sense…I’m building out my plan to get outta consulting and get TC over 200k so I’m looking at the LinkedIn, Google, Microsoft ,etc seeing where I can fit
How do you figure its not worth it? Microsoft and Amazon pay extra for it
