From various channels I heard Linkedin does not provide refreshers. How does salary progress for an employee. Let's say someone joins at Senior SDE level, then does he only rely on stock appreciation for yoy TC increase?

There’s definitely people who do get refreshers, haven’t seen many get it in 1-2 years but I don’t have that estimate.
You need to get promoted to get a stock refresher
Joined at senior with 270 tac 5 years back, now at 900+ tac. Pretty good progression If you perform well.

There are refreshers for those who perform well even if it’s only meets all expectations.
Low performer at Amazon => pip Low performer at LinkedIn => no refreshers
So Linkedin does gives refreshers to let's say someone who meets expectations? Do you know how much?
Only if you Exceed expectations, otherwise no refreshers.
