Linkedin interview results
About two weeks since the on-site. Followed up with recruiter. Strangely or not but she asked to have a call later this week. Do LinkedIn recruiters always call just to reject candidates? Thanks.

Yeah, they try to be respectful to everyone. But also you might have gotten bumped from your original slot in hiring committee, or they might have decided to offer you a different starting grade than what you applied for, or they might have had trouble deciding what team to put you on, or any of a bunch of other delays that can happen.
Did you get the offer?
I know it’s an old thread, but was it offer or reject?
They are being polite. Also, how do you know it is a reject?
dunno ) but what I see on blind if it is an offer they usually communicate in a couple of days rather than a couple of weeks.
Depends on how fast your review is written by interviewer, only then will recruiters call back. I know some interviewers that didn’t complete interview review for 3 weeks :(
