What's your current networth which is directly from liquid assets for 35-44 range. I only have 250k in 401k and 250k in stocks. Seems we are doing behind in this age bracket. Should I sell my real estate investments to get liquid asset boost? I like to see the liquid assets on dashboards. Real estate doesn't give me that joy sadly. Just checking in to see how you are faring. Please comment below with age and liquid asset networth. Tc - Walmart sized peanuts #personalfinance #investments

I think you are behind. I’m 24 and I have $400k. Why are you counting 401(k) in your liquid? That doesn’t count in liquid Regardless of what people tell each other. Liquid net worth IS THE most important
How did you get $400k?
Focus on making money from your time (that is a real asset) If you double or triple your time value that will open up options.
