Let’s gather the list of companies requiring RTO. For those who prefer being in an office, this will be a helpful collection. I’ll start. Apple Snap Twitter Tesla Credit Karma Roku? Google? Fiserv Equifax Disney Workday Comcast Coupa? Citadel Expedia Uber? JPMC Rippling Netflix creative in LA Wells Fargo Target SAP Asana Northrop Grumman? Bloomberg Robinhood? Morgan Stanley Goldman Sachs Nextdoor Plaid Peloton TikTok L'Oreal Walmart Salesforce Amazon #tech #rto
If you prefer being in the office, surely you just need the offices fo be open? Mandatory RTO is for people who want to force their coworkers to join them in the office
There’s still a difference. Even people who like working in an office don’t want it to be empty for their teammate Igor to work from Romania. Let’s keep this post for mandatory RTO.
I'm not saying change the topic, I'm just saying be honest about your motivation
Fiserv
Equifax
There are plenty of places (like Google) that will offer remote for a salary adjustment. Not sure if those count. LinkedIn is one of the few places that has no mandates or “recommendations” even if you’re registered to an physical office. This is explicitly coming from the top.
Yeah someone else mentioned that too. But if you’re someone who really misses the office, not sure going to a mostly empty one will give you any satisfaction. The fun parts of an office are all about other people being there.
Surely it's more fun with people who WANT to be there, vs people who'd rather be WFH but need a paycheck
Disney
Disney still has a mix
Workday
Citadel
