It seems like a lot of companies manage to IPO at the end of the day one way or another these days. Are there any companies that you know that had a good funding (via series a,b,c) + good revenue growth but did not or could not IPO? What could have been the reason? Any small companies are also okay to mention. One example may be Quora, but need wider spectrum of companies

IPO isn’t a good gauge of whether or not a company is passing or failing. For example, WeWork was set to IPO @ a $40B valuation just a few years ago. They IPOd the other day at what less than $10B, because they had to, to stay afloat.
