Loblaw Canada is a joke

Title says it all; recently cleared all interview loops. Had a director call and this delusional guy was boasting how "Loblaw is miles ahead of Amazon in technological innovation" - like calm down bro, you're not going to change the world by sprinkling AI on your little ecommerce like every other company is doing.... They were offering 180k for an EM role. FYI: Loblaw is a grocery chain in Canada that own most of the subsidies and have a monopoly on grocery due to corrupted government. They inflate the fk out of groceries, making it difficult for most Canadians and the average middle-class to get by. If you look at their stock price, it's due to price gouging strategies they've used since the pandemic to make things more unaffordable. Loblaw is one more reason why living in Canada sucks.
