Hello. I have a friend who has contacted LinkedIn support via e-mail multiple times without having anyone actually respond. They are locked out of their account due to "violating user agreement". Even though nothing changed in their account. One day they were just locked out. They have submitted their ID for verification and it has not worked at all. Can anyone provide help on how to get someone to look at the issue? They are consistently e-mailing and only receiving auto-generated responses.
