Have an interview with Lockheed Martin(Fort Worth) for entry level mechanical engineering position soon. Does any one have tips on the interview process? How technical does it get? Also what is the usual pay range for Dallas/FW area? #airline #defense #lockheed Thanks
My interview wasn’t technical whatsoever. Mostly behavioral STAR questions. Be confident and you’ll be fine. Only thing that kinda stinks is the starting salary. But Lockheed a great company to have on resume
Do referrals give you an edge? I forgot to do that but now have interview scheduled, I make $90k at the moment, hoping for at least a match
If you got the interview already probably won’t make too much of a difference. I had a family friend who’s been with Lockheed for a long time to refer me and it seemed like it 100% helped me get the interview

Not technical at all and you’ll get offered around $70k but you can usually negotiate to higher $70s
