Lockheed Martin Interview/Hiring Process?

I personally have never found referrals to matter all that much with LM. I was with them 2018-19 and referred friends and it never did much. I left and then have since returned. While trying to return i used a good number of referrals from friends that didnt help. I got my job via an information session (virtual) and connecting with a recruiter face to face. She helped me through the hoops to rejoin. Highly advise following this root as I similarly got my job in 2018 through a recruiter I met face to face at my school’s career fair.

I found it very much helpful. I got a job because my friend referred and using my referral two of my other friends got a job
