Hello, this is mainly for my fellow “traditional engineers” non SWEs but SWEs feel free to chime in (even if just to TC shame). Anyway, I have been aplying to several positions at LM (I’m an EE) directly on their website. I didn’t expect anything to come out of it but I managed to get in touch with a talent acquisition person and after a few E-Mails.. I get contacted by the manager of the dept I am applying to asking if I am still interested in joining? Requesting a phone call to “get more familiar” with my technical background. Is this common? Does anyone have any personal experiences with LM and their hiring processes? Will I be asked LC Hard? I can only do Easy. 😂 Any input is welcome! Also want to ask if LM has a referral system? Or a way i can leverage internal connections to my benefit. #lockheedhiring#lockheedcompensation#lockheedinterview#lockheedmartin#lockhee#lockheedreferral #en
