Why is our country owned by Israel? I don't want my tax dollars fund genocide. How can we stop this nonsense?
So 3 weeks have passed, there is an email on the dashboard but no response. Is there another way to find out if someone else got hired or if I’m still up in the race? #lockheedinterview
Assuming you’ve already tried reaching out to recruiter, but no response. How about any of the team members that interviewed you? If nothing, I’d say move on. I’d rather work for companies that are responsive
Our HR is so bad... Our team has lost multiple candidates we wanted because they took too long to set up interviews or get offers out or low balled
For real. Our HR is terrible. It took them two weeks to send me the offer for an internal transfer IN THE SAME BUSINESS UNIT! Mind you, I was able to ping the HR person everyday on Skype and they still ghosted me for awhile. However, I had confirmation early on from the hiring manager that they would hire me. I only got the offer when the hiring manager contacted the HR person’s manager. Case in point, if you have the hiring manager’s contact info, that might be your best bet.
It took like 2-3 weeks between each stage of the interview/onboarding process for me.
It varies, I got called an hour after the interview that they were going to give me an offer and I got one the next day
Lucky. I finally tracked down my recruiter. I was told “they still doing interviews” hiring manager told me he was finishing that week and was ready to hire… so I’m guessing I’m not in the running, oh well
Might be the case. I’ve had other interviews with Lockheed and I got ghosted even though I was told I would get an update in a few weeks. For the interview where I got hired I guess I really impressed them
Lockheed would be a huge downgrade from Cisco
Agreed
Clearance would open up a lot of hidden doors down the line.
