Hi All I am new grad with 6 month internship experience at Logitech. Got offer from same team at Logitech for Full Time, Data Analyst. TC, Logitech :- 87k with visa sponsorship, Location :- Bay Area And also got offer from Johnson & Johnson for same Data Analyst position. TC, J&J :- 98k without visa sponsorship Location :- Bay Area Can you please share your thoughts on which company to join ? Visa sponsorship is good to have for me, I am on F1 opt but can move to H4 EAD if needed. Thanks

Go with the one sponsoring Visa. Can’t be a dependent for ever.
Visa dependency sucks so please keep that in mind. Otherwise, JNJ is a great company with great benefits (pension, good IRA matching, good culture, etc)

98k is base + yearly bonus
Think interms of tc breakdown. And if you want to start with pharma, then J&J.
