Moving to Manchester soon with new offer 85k pounds+full relocation support , 4 YoE, SWE Based on my personal research, Glassdoor is not a reliable resource.
Is the relocation support conditional? For example, are you made to pay back the relocation expenses if say you leave within a certain time?
