Long-term plan: what's next after Amazon?

I have been thinking long-term what to do after Amazon Background: been with Amazon for almost 10 yrs as system dev engineer doing lots of system design primarily using AWS and doing lots of politics n doc writing, no real technical challenging work. On the side doing long-term stock investing and learning a lot. Haven't done any startup in past, but very interested in doing my own thing - a business or a startup. I see couple long-term options in front of me all having pros n cons (timeline: after I get my Green card in 5 years or so hopefully): 1. Jump to another big tech fang company as software engineer - worried though it's going to be same politics, same thing of working on microscopic issues, but get a decent work life balance n good TC 2. Jump to startup as software engineer 3. Start my own business 4. Do stock trading as full time 5. N many more options. TC: $300k
