Looking for Advice on Negotiating Offers
Currently in the process of getting offers from FB in Seattle and non-Azure Microsoft. Looking for advice on how to proceed with negotiations. Also, should I refuse recruiter's request for details on competing offers? Microsoft hasn't told me yet what level is being offered and has asked me to let them know what my expectation for compensation is. Offer from FB is for E4 but no compensation figures yet. Being asked where else I've got offers from and wants me to inform them about level and compensation Microsoft offers. I'll have to familiarize myself with levels.fyi figures for base salary/stock/bonus ranges at MSFT and FB. What else should I prepare and should I comply with request for info on competing offers? Thank you.

I thought Facebook had no headcount for E4?
I'm not sure what you mean, sorry. Do you mean that there is no such level at FB? It's the level I was told the offer would be for. I was told that they expect me to advance to E5 not long after hire, though I can't tell whether that is an assessment made based on the interviews or just something nice to say.
