I just got laid off today so I'm on the hunt. Looking for remote friendly companies with decent WLB and strong leaders. I was a Senior EM at Amazon and moved to Hopper a year ago (whoops!). Blind tax: YOE: 10 (5 IC, 5 EM) TC: 275k salary, 150k paper money, 425k TC

I used to feel hopper has a better culture than Amazon but in reality hopper was much much worse !! It’s like workin for Amazon with no running capital and no Performance improvement plan just fire and go !
