You people replying about OPs comp - IC4 is not the same as ICT4. OP is in a non-technical role.
What SWE roles are IC and not ICT?
Some orgs play it fast and loose with job roles/levels/job function. 🤷🏻♂️I was once on a team that wanted me to do dev work in a non-dev title and wouldn’t give me the title. If they’re actually an IC4, that’s why their comp is low.
