Looking for Referrals

I moved to NY through internal transfer. Since my move things have taken a toll on personal front. I found out my daughter has autism after moving to the new team. With already high living expense in NY and added therapy cost I am barely making a living. Couple of months backs I was put in focus as I was struggling to manage work and personal life. I informed my manager about my situation and took couple of months FMLA to find proper medical care. I started to interview last month. But three interviews have been dropped after phone screens as position no longer exists. Other interviews I had lined up has been also canceled/ghosted. I am scared I might be laid off or pip’d once I join back in March. I won’t be able to provide care for my daughter without insurance and a pay.
