Looking for Referrals in Canada for Early/Mid-Level Roles for L1 Transfer

Hello, If anyone is willing to help out, I'm looking for referrals for ML infra/ML platform/general infra/backend SWE roles in Canada. Preferably Vancouver/Calgary based roles or remote-friendly Toronto based roles, but I'm flexible to any location overall. I'm specifically looking for companies/teams with Bay Area offices (or remote friendly) and are willing to sponsor a L1 transfer to the US after a year. Aiming for early/mid level positions (2 YOE).
