200k in LCOL or HCOL. Better to stick with Deloitte if LCOL. Once you make partner, you will blow past all Intuit compensation
I'm in Dallas, so I would say MCOL. Will take at least 4+ years to make Partner
Much better off staying. Moving to HCOL with family you will need to earn 50% just to make up for Dallas CoL
