Hi All, I am an L5 in a retail org and my current team is pretty good but I am in this team for a long time and want to work on something new. Maybe a bad decision but I want to give that a shot. But I have been reading blind posts and some posts say managers can put you on pip if you try to leave the team. This is making me anxious and not letting me to make the next step. How can I safely make this transition? Any suggestions? And are there any teams in Amazon who have no to minimal ops, my current team is pretty ops heavy. Also any suggestions as to which orgs definitely to avoid. Thanks!! YOE - 6 including some outside Amazon experience TC - 280k before stock crash
Just putting it on our here that my team has zero operational load as we are a new team and building internal tools. We are hiring and have multiple SDE positions. DM your alias if you are interested. Positions offer remote work option in US and Canada. International transfer possible for candidates who qualify.
