Looking for a switch.
I have been working at my current company for more than 3 years now as Senior Analyst. There has been no promotion or salary adjustment due to inflation. My skills are primarily in SQL (Snowflake), SAS, Power BI and Collibra Data Governance. What kind of analytics/data roles would pay me better? Should I up skill to be a data engineer? YOE: 6 Current TC: 109k
assuming you are a data sr analyst? learning tableau and python is helpful
