Lolz as a former Amazonian that’s now at Starbucks… no, we’re not better. Howard treats us like shit and the leaders are spineless and can’t stand up to him. Plus our tech stack is shit and a huge chunk of partners are behind the curve on adopting new/current tech.
Then you’re in the wrong team/org. While I don’t agree with how the RTO mandate came, we were far better than many other companies who treated people like shit and asked them to come! And I personally feel our org leaders are handling it way better these days
