Looking for help to find a job on behalf of a friend who is on F1 OPT - 2 offers rescinded

I am posting this on behalf of a friend who had 2 of his offers for SDE roles rescinded, and due to his visa status, he only has a limited amount of time to secure new employment. He recently graduated with a Master's degree in Computer Science with a GPA of 3.7 and a strong background in Software Engineering and Site Reliability Engineering, having previously worked at Microsoft for over three years. Given his experience and qualifications, I am confident that he would be a strong candidate for roles in the areas of Software Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, Platforms, and Cloud Engineering.
