Market Research BMW vs Audi vs Lexus Research Problem: Consumer Question: What factors influence buying decisions in the mid-high to high end car market? Product Question: What sets BMW apart from Audi and Lexus in the luxury car market? 1. Do you prioritize performance or comfort in a daily driven vehicle? 2. Is price a defining factor in your vehicle buying decision? 3. What features are non-negotiable in your next vehicle? (eg: Android Auto, Apple Carplay, etc…) 4. Between Audi, BMW, and Lexus, which brand are you most likely to purchase as a next daily vehicle. What are the key differences of your that appeal to you over the other brands? 5. Have you driven any one of these 3 brands before? If so, how does that affect your current buying decision? 6. Do you have family or close acquaintances that drive a vehicle from any Audi, BMW, or Lexus? 7. What industry do you work in? 8.
