Targeting remote friendly larger companies like Adobe, Microsoft, Meta, Google, block/square, Atlassian. TC: 290k #ui/ux #design
Dm
Dm for servicenow if you find any appropriate role
Can I reach out for a referral as well?
How’s Datadog treating you?
It’s a feature factory with a lot of design theater
If it's any consolation, I always thought Datadog design was solid.
Interested in much of the same except I'm at 170k TC looking to jump to the low 200s base+bonus+equity. I live in the Midwest with LCOL hence the lower salary.
Under what circumstance is 170k low, especially in the Midwest???
Which company are you currently at that's paying 170k in the Midwest?
I don’t think many large companies like Meta and Google are remote-friendly lol
Meta has many remote PD roles right now
Zuck confirmed there’s pretty much no chance of being remote if you don’t get hired at the IC6+ level. Your TC looks like you’re more IC4, IC5 tops. Meta also typically under levels new hires compared to the rest of industry, so good luck lol
