As title. Hoping for Beijing mostly. I'm also open to opportunities in Japan, SEA, SK, etc especially if they enable me to travel frequently to Beijing. Eng or product management. Don't want to reveal too much info here so please PM me. Also, any tips for people who want to break in to Asian tech startup scene? It's especially hard to find info on international companies in China... The only one I've found is Canva.
I might be biased, but I think Taiwan has some great options. There are Microsoft, Google and a few more international companies, and also some great startups from or currently expanding to SF.
No money in Taiwan. Economics in market donβt make sense.
Taiwan is bankrupting you rather go to Singapore
Isn't Canva Australian?
But they've got offices in Beijing

You don't want to be in Asia when this tech bubble pops in a spectacular way. I'd secure a job with Amazon (like you have), or Microsoft. Two companies that will weather a recession and tech bust pretty well
Microsoft has tested recession, but Amazon hasn't at least after it grew to some comparable size
No company will be your friend, if push came to shove!
Are you southeast Asian?
No
Is south East Asian code word for Indian?
