Intuit AI culture is that the managers constantly criticize and berate ICs and if you say anything they say its feedback to help you improve!!
Intuit makes a product that preys on illinformed people and deliberately hides their free version from customers. I'm not surprised that the managers are asshole too.
This problem was resolved. Intuit has decide to drop āFree fileā option all together.
I donāt think they can do that. I think itās against some agreement they have with IRS or against the law. Free file is there for a reason
I no longer believe toxicity is company culture. It is usually team dependent. Change teams, maybe you will have a better exp
Toxicity strains can run deep in a company. Which you will likely have to navigate when working with other teams, deal with during a re-org or if your manager leaves. But generally you're right, it's more team dependent than anything else.
Oracle has never read about LPs lmao. They make you toxic.
I thought Intuit is chill?
I thought theyāve the room temperature
theyāre in Mountain View, the weatherās moderate
I knew few folks over there. They seems work a lot of internal reporting. Are you part of that team or for external facing products?
Which VP ?
Intuit uses AI? What kind?

Customer service AI. The useless kind š¤£
If it costs you your peace start applying for jobs. If it does not than suck it up.
Same thing at SparkCognition AI. Management was massively repressive. Repressing their people = repressing their profitability!!
Ouch. Just put an app in there. Thanks for the warning!
Itās all for show to raise money from investors, like most invest n flip companies these days. No one actually cares about anything it seems š¤·āāļø
They did a huge layoff last year citing this AI focused direction the company is taking. No wonder managers are jumping the bandwagon with no real direction as to what they want to accomplish
