Low effort high salary companies
I am looking to settle in a company where I have to work 3-4 hours a day. I don’t care about growing in my career as much, just need a company to match my salary. Any suggestions? TC- 55 LPA Level 62 (SDE 2) Location - India

It may look so as per Amazon standards. It’s the reason I rejected higher-paying Amazon offer. Our org has more of a startup culture. If I start preparing for team change, I may as well consider moving to a better company.

Thanks mate..your info is helpful. i was getting a call for msft l62 but my comp is already at 61 lpa so i guess either i have to wait to gain more work ex for 63 level or take a paycut (if i clear the interview at all ). Current relevant work ex is 2 years(total 7)
